Eligibility Requirements Explained: Age, Country, and Couples

Eligibility rules protect both the resort partner and applicants. Meeting these criteria means your application moves quickly.
Age
You must be 28 years of age or older at the time of the presentation.
Country of residence
Currently open to residents of the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Japan.
Language
Presentations are conducted in English, so English fluency is required.
Couples
Married or long-term partners are strongly encouraged to attend together. Solo attendees are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Re-application
Most attendees may reapply after 6 months, subject to the resort partner's most current program rules.
What disqualifies an application
- Employment in the timeshare, real estate, or hospitality-sales industries
- Recent attendance at a similar preview within the last 6 months
- Household income thresholds set by the resort partner (varies)
