Preview visits are straightforward, but a few small things decide whether your voucher is issued.

Before you go

• Confirm the address and start time with your representative
• Block 2.5 hours so you're never rushed
• Bring valid photo ID for both attendees
• Eat beforehand and bring water

During the presentation

• Stay for the full session — early exits typically forfeit the voucher
• Ask what's included in the voucher and what isn't
• Ask about booking windows and blackout dates
• It's fine to say "not for us" — politely and once

Before you leave

• Get the voucher terms in writing
• Note the redemption deadline and how to book
• Keep a photo of every document you're handed
